HelloAupairs.com Registration Process
Anyone who visits helloaupairs.com can search for a family or aupair with the search tool that is present on the left hand side of every page.

Aupairs and families who wish to post their details must first become a registered user, by clicking the register free button on the top of every page. On this page they are given the option of registering as an aupair or a family.

Once you have chosen which type you are, you will first be given a series of question to complete.

When registering, you will be asked for basic information such as your name and address etc. You will be required to provide your current email address which will be used as your login name. You will also be required to fill in your own specific password. The email is used as the login as a way of proving authenticity. Once you have confirmed your information, you will be given the option to purchase a membership package.

Once registration is complete, you will be sent an email with details on how to confirm your email address. You must confirm your email address before you can access this website. This is necessary as it enables us to authenticate your email address.

Logging In / Signing In
At the top of every page, under the main graphic there is a two boxes where you can input your username and password.

Once successfully logged in, a new menu appears on the left hand side of the page.

The menu allows you to edit your personal details, create your profile, view your hotlist, upload your favourite photograph of themselves and list matching aupairs/families.

To list matching aupairs/familes, you must first complete your profile so the system can successfully match you to potential profiles.

Hotlist
The hotlist feature, allows aupairs/families to add potential families/aupairs to their hotlist. This is a list of aupairs/familes that they may be interested in contacting each other.

Matching Profiles
The matching profiles facility is based on the profile created by the user. From here the system matches your profile with other potential profiles.

Signing Up For Membership
Why not take advantage of our membership scheme where you will have instant access to Au Pair or Host Family telephone numbers, fax numbers, personal e-mail addresses or any other information.
